In 2025, SBCA released the 3rd edition and newly updated version of its Building Component Safety Information (BCSI) Guide: BCSI-2025. As such, the corresponding B-Summary Sheets (the “BCSI Materials”) are being updated, as well.
SBCA recommends immediate adoption of the updated language in these new documents, especially the B3 Summary Sheet. Portions of the updated B3 content are included in this summary sheet for convenience. Also included is a description of the information on the current B3 sheet that it would replace. This B3 supplement provides information on the substantial changes to the B3 Summary Sheet.
